Every great appointment starts with a great conversation. You'll cover hair history, lifestyle, goals, and budget — then build a plan together.
Bring inspo photos! Screenshots from Instagram or Pinterest work perfectly — even styles you hate are helpful.

Arrive & Meet Your Stylist
Walk right in — A team member will greet you, get you settled with a drink, and introduce you to your stylist.
Arrive 5 minutes early and wear a button-up or zip-up top so nothing is in the way of your full service.

Settle in and relax while your stylist works their magic. Catch up on your phone, flip through a magazine, or just enjoy the chair. Coffee, tea, or something sparkling?
The Reveal
This is the moment. Your stylist turns you to the mirror and you see your new look for the very first time. Before you leave, they'll walk you through aftercare, product recommendations, and lock in your next visit.
